the sale guru I made an online purchase for a Thyme curling iron and the item was never shipped to me. They did not refund my money. Internet
Purchased the Thyme curling iron which was supposed to ship in 7-14 days, but the item never arrived. Emailed the company to inquire about delivery, and they directing me to a tracking page that I entered my order number on. The tracking page gave me no information. I emailed again and they stated that they refunded my money. I never received the refund.
