It is a shame how the lack of information can damage a buisness. What Ben left out is that all Toyota dealers have the same invoice as long as the equipment is the same. Destination charge, finacial reserve, gas , dealer hold back is in every invoice. It is disclosed on almost every third party buying site and also it seemed it was disclosed at the dealership. It is very unfair for Ben to assume he knows the buisness when it is very obvious he doesnt. If the dealer told Ben invoice plus fees the number didnt change just Ben's perception when he found out what makes up the invoice cost. For example Sale Price is invoice plus fees (24600.00 plus fees) the custmer gets to the store and the dealer shows the custmer the factory invoice that has a breakdown: For example : 23090.00 10.00 gas 600.00 destination 500.00 fin reserve 400.00 holdback 24600.00 dealer invoice The store was up front and anyone who knows will back this up. Ben needs to wake up before he starts calling people liars. It just shows he is ingnorant to the way things work. Too bad he walked on a great deal I wish I was offered invoice when I bought my truck. I gave the dealer Five Hundred over because profit isnt a dirty word. People have to earn to stay open. Does Ben work for free? I doubt it.

Then GOOGLE this: ENGINE SLUDGE and read all the complaints at the consumeraffairs website!! Especially the ones when you click on 'Airbags'. ARNOLD ZIFFEL & BENNY HILL could run Toyota Corporation better than these turkeys, HUH?? TOYOTA'S stock continues to move DOWNWARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
