Having to call an 800 number and having to wait on hold to talk to a human being!!! Overseas outsourcing!!! The outrage!!! Seriously... Welcome to corporate America.

When I called Sallie Mae and asked if I could contact Sallie Mae LSCF 1002 Arthur Dr Lynn Haven, FL 3244-1683 they told me there was no direct number to reach them. One of my many complaints about this company is the fact that all these companies within the "Sallie Mae" Corporation has my information. But, if I have a question for them I have to dial the 888-272-5543 number. When I dial the number I may or may not get someone in the U.S. and then it takes me forever to get to the person I want to speak to even if I follow the prompts on the recording. If a company in the United States espcially a financial orgainization, or company can contact me, or is on my credit report. I should be able to contact the company and ask questions.
