SALON CA CHEAP FURNITURE EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE Sacramento California
We opened a new location and our current salon equipment would not fit in the new location, so we had no choice but to purchase new stuff for the salon. I contacted Salon Ca because of some ad's I had seen online. The level of service I recieved in the begginning was amazing and I was very impressed with the funitre when it arrived. That is until I started using it! Where to begin? The shampoo chairs we got didnt fit the shampoo bowls, I had to build platforms to place the front legs on because the chairs dont recline and the cabniet that the bowl sits in is way to high for clinents to reach. The styling chairs fall over if anyone leans in them!!!! Yes falls over!! If you step on the foot rest the chair falls over, If the client leans to reach something out of there belongings or to grap anything off the station the chair starts to fall over. The base of the chair doesnt weigh anything SO THEY ARE EXTREAMLY TOP HEAVY. The hydrollic system pops and sticks on the chairs, so much so we have had clients ask if they are to heavy for the chairs.
When I contacted Salon Ca about all of this, the only reply back I recieved was; We are sorry you are not happy with your purchase!!!!! WOW! All I have to say is please dont buy from this company, they equipment is super cheap and it isnt worth the money. We are financing the equipment and what would have been a $7,000 cash purchase has now turned into a $14,000 purchase though their financing company with no early pay off option. This stuff wont make it to the end of the payment terms...
