Registered with Salvage World with deposite from credit card. Bid on 2 Salvage trucks in Indianapolis In. Recieved a call from Denis Rusenthal stating my bid on a 2001 Freightliner was not high enough and wondered if I wanted to raise my bid. Stated I would raise bid. Dennis returned my call later stating the company accepted my bid and would "E" mail me a bill. Recieved a bill next day but total had not deducted my deposit. I "E' mailed Dennis stating so and he replied he would have it removed which I recieved another "E" mail with reduced price. Had our controler wire funds as instructed on invoice sheet. Recieved a call from Dennise asking if we sent wire? I gave him wire info. Our controler recoeved a call stating the wire had been sent to a wrong address and gave him another to use. Contacted Dennis to make sure he had recieved funds. Dennis affirmed funds were recieved and after title check was done would send me a release. After 2 weeks and "E" mails sent back and forth stating different reasons for why the truck was not being released.

Through the next week the phone number that I was using to contact Salvage World was not working? In an "E" mail from Dennise I asked why the number had been changed, he stated that they had up dated. This was a red flag to me so I did some VIN checking and found out that this truck was at the Copart in Indianapolis In. After calling Indianapolis Copart I was informed that this Freightliner was sold by them on the exact date that my invoice from Salvage World stated. The truck had left the next day from Copart with a clean title. After stating this to Dennise in an "E" mail he has not returneed my "E" mails and when I call they state he will return my call which he has not! I recieved another "E"mail from a a different company called Global Insurance Auction stating register with them for $500.00 to bid on salvage units. Looking at their address low and behold it was the same as Salvage World? They have a "CHAT" box which I entered. I inquired if they were the same as Salvage World which they stated they were not. I asked why then do you have the exact same address as Salvage World and I have an invoice stating so! I informen her that I would "E" mail my invoice showing so , which I did. She wanted my phone number so she could call me back which I have not herd from here yet!

If you see these sights please stay away from them! They are bad and will take your money! I have noticed that they have moved to Florida and there phone number has changed again.

I also worked with Dennis Rosenthal this summer and 'purchased' an F150.  wired the $$ and never received good communication OR the truck... Now I'm told that Insurance Auctions, LLC has filed bankruptcy and I'm out my $$... How do we resolve?
