Complaint Review: Samsung - Nationwide

Hi this report l hope also the vd or president over Samsung also reading so you know how the big glorious company samsung treat there customers, all l want from the swedish Samsung support was the address to send back my view protection to my note4 who this webbstore hade send wrong model of to me so I call them first and they act like asian ppl do too much friendly and say sure we gonna help you whith this but you can not send it back whith regular post service u must use schenker as post ok l say and he say to me were l should go and send away the package and then he should send by post the return reference paper to me home to me so I sat or not sat hole time but I wait 9 days for that reference paper to come as he say should come In 3 days but not so l call again and then he said that that not works so l ask why have u not call me when u have my number and tell me no answer nw he should send it by email so I sat and wait on that also but not come so I call again after 7 moore days and he say that this not working either and then he throws the phone off in my ear so I contacted the ppl who help ppl against against companys in Sweden they are called Ko so she call them day after and then a**licking begin and all lies both physically and mentally fysichal because the Samsung send me whith taxi that I must pay self because my car not work then ok so went whith taxi to that place who schenker r in in a store and they should send the owner in store who represents schenker the reference number to my package so they send and the first was totally wrong and useless as the owner say so I stood there in store whith owner and I must call samsung again and say that was wrong so they send a new reference number but also was wrong and every time I must call them again they say they have got these reference number from schenker company so the owner in store call schenker by him self and schenker say that have we not send to samsung so the Samsung support lie again as they have done 14 days and then l was forced to call Anna who was in command on samsung but now she hade take a break to rest and they say she gonna call you when she is back so I was there in store whith the owner and both of us have been more and more angry and I have been there 5 hours that time and 3 moore hours goes and she not calling me back so I get not the right reference number and l hade a taxi bill on 2000 swedish money and have not eat in 9 hours and was force to call a new taxi and go home for same price and not get the reference number and l miss my work whit 5 hours because of samsung lies and there acting who they have planned so I gonna crash and give up no way but all this took mutch power psychic and fysichal and mentally when all there lies comes and comes and remember that this have been over 14 days and this last incident was on Thursday this week so I want to have compensation from the owner or vd over Samsung or else I gonna go to court that is fore sure saying to all ppl who have think to by Samsung s6 and edge don't do that this scammer and lies of company never use them in future either u see hw they treat me lies taxi bills and etc and I know the vd over Samsung never dare or care to contact me and compansise me but that gonna be his biggest mistake in life so all who read this never buy nothing from Samsung please trust me I have not get any help just humalation paying taxis and treated as s*** so learn from this l writing and I hope someone in this site can help me to take this so called company to court and have companies and learn ppl what company this is l have proof from the owner in store and consument helper l shall have mutch money from this company after who they have treated me and I who have booking the s6 to April 10 never gonna buy it not after this.
