This report is one for Samuel Gregory Kirwin AKA Samuel Kirwin Aka Sam Kirwin of Longview, Texas. This report is 2 years overdue. After much hesitation it needs to be done. Samuel has viciously and relentlessly lied, harassed and stalked a group of former coworkers. Samuel lost his job at his employer due to his behavior over 2 years ago yet still continues this behavior. Just a short list of some of things he has done to us as a group:
He has (and continues to) contact people he does not know on Facebook by stalking our profiles and leaves long rambling messages with a list of made up offenses. Or even worse offenses he has actually committed against us. He does this with many different aliases some of which are “Hand of Justice”, “Nelly Ked” & “Mak Aveli”just to name a few. He has stolen pictures of underage children and threatened to post them on pornographic websites, he has broadcasted our home addresses and telephone numbers on numerous websites pretending to be us. He has also written approximately 20 of his own Rip off Reports, all stating the same thing about each of these women. He has decided that because he lost his job he will try to ruin and terrify us. We have contacted his local authorities and although they are well aware of him (due to his own drunk driving offenses and his filing of numerous false police reports against the arresting officers) there is unfortunately not much that they can do as he is a coward who hides anonymously and he is in a different state then all of us women. There are also reports filed with our local authorities as well as the cyber-crime division of the FBI. Unfortunately our reports are 1 of millions and is not a top priority so that is why we have no choice but to defend ourselves. This “man” is a misogynistic stalker. He is a liar and clearly needs mental help. I would advise everyone to stay away from him. He shows clear signs of being a sociopath. He changes his attacks and his stance depending on who his target is. For example, if you are a minority he will call you racial epithets, if you are white he will call you a racist. If you are straight he will say you are homophobic, if he perceives you to be homosexual he will use derogatory terms against you. He states that he is scared for the safety of our children yet then will steal our minor children’s’ photos and threaten us with them. He states we are dangerous yet he is the one that threatened to “put a bullet” in a coworkers head. He states he is scared yet after 2 years he seeks us out, torments us and stalk us women. All of this over petty arguments in a work place forum. All of this over internets feuds with people he has never met yet is obsessed with.

Message for LO agents, need some help here:
There's this creepy 'little crew' that hangs out in LO forums that's been involved in some pretty disgusting cyberbullying and harassment (not just online, but in real life too). Won't get too much into the gorey details (some of it is in the screenshots). But here's a random example caught on FB - LO Agent "REMOVED FOR PRIVACY" and one of 'her crew' (REMOVED) harassing a disabled agent by mocking their IQ - REMOVED even abused her position as a call auditor and leaked confid. info on another agents' CEs as a way to harass them, and it's only gotten much worse from there.
This isn't just petty crap, it's been pretty serial and vile harassment, including sexual slurs (ex. sl*, wh*, c*) and violent slurs, and even searching out individuals from their FB names and 'outing' the names/addys of them and even their family members (one individual even had a threat made to take pictures of their daughter from FB and photoshop them into porno - and also had harassing phone calls on her landline) Disgusting and borderline criminal stuff, and sadly many of the involved individuals are still there (A couple of the worst ones even had to be identified, and contacted by police over their stalking).

it's been going off and on for a long time, and I haven't been able to get LO to do anything about it previously. I think it's because LO just is too lazy to give a crap, knowing that as ind. contractors, they can't be held liable for anything their agents do. But 'legal' or not, it's disgusting that LO allows this to go on, and at times it made me genuinely worried because of how (not to mention I think some of these 'people' are literally insane, and not in a joking way either - based on some info I've gathered for example, I believe "NAME REMOVED" for example, is an actual paranoid schizophrenic/psychotic, on disability income for mental illness, and given that coupled with her stalking behavior, I don't know what people like that are capable of).
(Here's one of the reports I filed awhile back, and nope LO did nothing)
Lately though we struck some good luck - I found an 'incognito' way to 'bypass' the lame CSRs who rarely ever did anything (even when it was spelled out in black and white). Once this stuff starts getting posted on LO's public FB pages where anyone can see it, then they apparently start take notice. (And a few of these individuals were finally banned recently)
Here's where I need some help: If you know anyone else who's been harassed in LO forum and couldn't find a way to get LO to respond , then let them know to message me, and I can provide some email addys to get in touch with LO directly - where I know for a fact, someone higher up in LO will read them (won't post them here yet, because they're not normally given out, and I'm not technically supposed to be distributing them like this, lol)

Hi everyone. As a long-time employee of LiveOps I can testify that Sam Kirwin is innocent of the slander here - not to mention he's been one of the more appreciated in the company - in fact he and I both have worked on LO's Boutigue line - which is reserved for top-selling agents, and I can confirm he (and the "Joy" mentioned here) are still contracted with LiveOps.
The individual who wrote this report (as well as at least 3 other reports on this same person, as well as on other LiveOps agents) is just a very sick indiividual "Rochelle Palczynski" - she was terminated from LiveOps after being investigated by the company and the police in Gran Blanc, MI for stalking and death threats against her fellow agents (including a few individuals suffering from disabilities, who she purposely targeted believing they were vulnerable).
As a result of her termination - she's taken to posting defamatory articles such as this against several other agents who she believes reported her for stalking and caused her to get fired - just search "Sam Kirwin" on RipoffReport and you'll see at least 3 more pages filled with similar incomprehensible and contradictory blather trying to defame him.
Sam is just one of the many of this deranged individuals' targets. Hopefully her victims will be able to gather enough evidence against her to put her behind bars soon - where she'll no longer be a danger to civilized society.

Pack it up and move on...this is just another attempt to demean and put down one who had no time. No time for mean girl wanna bes (both sexes, sadly), and no time for the crap bestowed upon others by them.
Funny how the one standing up to the loud mouth jerks is now the subject of THEIR ripoff report. Cute...(not).
Too bad those who admittedly were picked on in school or have other 'issues' come out, en masse, to virtually try to attack others on a work forum, perhaps to 'fix' that? (Amazing these are even 'adults'.....further amazing that a workplace allows it.)
Having been witness to it all, my input is to file this with the rest of the trash..........You heard it here, the truth, the reality and the fact that this "ripoff report" is composed of pure BS.

This report is bogus (and just this side of amusing in its' bs).....Samuel is a fine, upstanding citizen with inordinate intelligence and heart.
Funny how the "people" instigating trouble on LiveOps forums for years are now the poor little, pathetic and picked on people? Interesting how they use the very quotes of their OWN words and attribute them to others. (YES, many of us were THERE and KNOW that......who are some trying to kid?)
How 'fun,' as well, that while their clan is clammoring for attention by demeaning others, they are in their glory. When any of it comes back to bite them then they are ranting about being violated and whining (pathetically). This sounds more like the report of the spurned. An embarrassment for humanity, this crew is truly insecure, demented and with a vengeance.

Sam Kirwin and Joy Field are both mentall ill and dangerous. Anyone in contact with them is in grave danger. They have stalked and harrased dozens of contractors with LO for well over a year. It never ends. They are obsessed. If you are considering hiring him, you are putting yourself and every employee in grave danger. He has no regard for the safety of others. I have never encountered such a psychotic sociopath in my entire life. He needs help. Medication or to be placed in a mental hospital. I fear for the lives of anyone who encounters Sam Kirwin and Joy Field.

yes yes yes, he and his girlfriend Joy Field who is from Maryland have been sending out mass private messages to their victims friends on their facebook friendslist that they stole and are storing to continue to resend over and over. they are the same message but names changed to fit the person is is telling lies about. then he makes all these rip off reports of people that he has no clue about, just makes up s**t as he goes along. He had his friend Candy Loura from Massachusetts sending him screen shots of the forums but now that she is banned, he has other contacts doing the same thing for him. He is lost without the forums that he no longer LEGALLY has access to. He needs to get a d**n job, quit harrassing people and grow the f**k up. everything he is accusing others of doing is what HE has been doing all along, NOT the other way around. and he is just a little chicken s**t hiding behind his keyboard, he is no real threat out in the real world since he's never out there and scared to death of his own shadow.
