SAN ANTONIO LIMO did not show up to pick up my daughter and all her friends for their senior prom. They waited over an hour for san antonio limo to show up and they never did. they ruined prom for my daughter and her san antonio, Texas
My daughter and her friends rented a hummer limo in March from san antonio limo for their prom on April 30, 2011. The limo never showed up. My daughter and all her friends waited over an hour and a half for the limo to get here. It never arrived. We tried calling about 20 times but all we got was the answering machine. Could not get a hold of anyone. We had confimed a week before and they said everything was good. They said the limo would be here. After waiting over an hour and a half everyone one decided to drive their own cars there. They missed their dinner reservations. Prom was ruined because of san antonio limo. It was my daughters senior prom and it was ruined. My baby girl was devasteded. All the girls were. I could not belive that they did this to all these kids. I called other companies to try to get a limo, but everyone was sold out. I must have called at least 7 companies. When I explained what happend, they all told me the same thing. San Antonio Limo is notorious for doing what they did to my daughter and her friends. They said that every year they get calls from people that rent limos from San Antonio Limo and the limo never shows up. I can't believe that a company that does this every year is still in buisness.
I will never use or recommend this company to anyone. I am going to make it a point to let everyone I know about San Antonio Limo and what they do to people. I wish I could sue them.
My advise to everyone is avoid this company like the plague. DO NOT rent a limo from them. You will be disappointed. I also heard from the other limo companys that I called and from other people that have acually gotten limos from San Antonio Limos that the limos smell bad. They said that it smelled like urine. Like someone pissed in the limo. After hearing that, I guess it might have been for the best that they did not show up. I just feel bad for my baby girl. You only have your high school senior prom once in a life time, and hers was ruined. It's heart breaking.
