Having to send back the goods to you costs money, so there is not such a thing as a free trial. I already paid your postage costs. I am not satisfied with the product casing, as it does not work. I certainly will not be interested in this product at all. I would appreciate if you would confirm in writing that payments are definitely cancelled. They have used my credit card for further orders, which I clearly cancelled. The representative of the company said if I sent back the cosmetics, they would refund me.
