I Answered an internet ad for sales rep's. The Ad stated "No cold calling" I was contacted by a Gilbert Bradley (Riverside, Ca. (888) 228-3844) who gave me glowing accolades about the company and that he personally was making a great deal of money. He Now, doesn't return my calls. The company seemed to offer a great concept and promised the return of my inital payment of $750 with the first deal I funded with them. I turned in a perfect deal that met their advertised criteria. 7 days later I was notified the deal had been turned down. I tried to find out why it had been turned down and received no answer. I sent many e-mails, because they won't answer the phone, always putting you to voicemail. It's a total SCAM!!! DO NOT SEND THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY OR ASSOCIATE WITH THEM IN ANY WAY.

Sandy Hoffman of Associated Capital Advance is now DBA Craig Abraham of XYZ Capital Associates. Their MO is still the same and are claiming victims through Craigslist ads promising the world, taking a refundable deposit, then nothing. I thought I did my due diligence, but, they were operating under the new name and there was nothing derogatory at that time. The State of Michigan needs to be made aware, as does the IRS, FBI and FTC.

I saw your comment on my report regarding these criminals. I plan on filing a complaint with the Michigan Attorney General's Office, where they are licensed. Have you had any success with your actions? There must be a way to stop these people from stealing from any others. They appear to still be in "business".
