You posted the site and the first thing that comes up on the site contradicts your original statement of "statutes are not law".

All our rights come from 'Common Law' which was given to us by King Alfred the Great who lived from 817 to 901 AD.
which he took from the bible and Natural law, everything else must come under 'Statutes', which are not our laws as they need your consent, ie: a policeman must 'contract' with you to apply any statute law.

If you studied your history you might know that the Sheriff is the only jurisdiction,  they were under common law from 1776 to 1856. Which you can still apply today if you know how. Statutes are Policies and policies are voluntary..
Unless of course you contracted into those policies. Do you have a Birth Certificate, Social Slavery card or Driver's License?  If you have any of these you will notice that they are in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS. Any name in ALL CAPS is a legal fiction.  Are you a fake piece of property?  To them you are.  We have contracted with other corporations as a smaller company for our lack of anything real. Schools taught most of the lies we believe today.

Don't get angry i pointed out that We are all SLAVES. Get mad at those who enslave you without a valid claim, damaged party or breach of contract. That used to be the Common Law back when we still had some Common Sense.

encompasses both natural & artificial:

person 1. A human being. 2. An entity (such as a corporation) that is recognized by law as having the rights and duties of a human being. 3. The living body of a human being <contraband found on the smuggler's person>

So what did you do to get in trouble with the police?  You didn't mention that. 

The police may not all be perfect (who is?) but we'd be in sorry shape without them.  They've always been friendly and helpful to me.  Even when I'd get a speeding ticket or something I deserved.

The Mirriam-Webster dictionary defines "statute" as "a LAW enacted by the legislative branch of a government".  This dictionary even goes on to list synonyms for the word "statute" as "act, bill, constitution, enactment, ordinance, LAW".
