Santa Fe Ford salesman Mr.Queen AKA LAIR AND A THIEF FORD SELLS CRAP CARS THEY REFUSE TO WARRANTY EVEN WITH EXTENDED WARRANTY-THEIR ALL LIARS ! Alachua, Florida
Bought a Ford focus from Sante fe ford with an extended warranty BY United service protection ( ASSURANT)that salesman MR. Queen, repeatedly informed me was bumper to bumper 100,000 miles. He even gave me all the paper work and brochures stating this to be true. Well when the Air conditioner began pouring water into the front floor board and ruining the carpet as well as smelling like hell, I should have known that FORD is notorious for NOT guaranteeing their products. Sante fe ford service department informed me that this was in fact not covered and wanted $680.00 to repair.
This air conditioning problem I found out is very common in ALL FORD products. I then traded this piece of crap in with a much more reputable dealership and then requested a refund from FORD on the un-used portion of my extended warranty ( Yes you can do this but most dealerships do not want you to know this ) It took me over 3 months to get this refund but I refused to let the bastards win this one. When I went to pick up this check, the finance manager had the nerve to tell me that this air conditioner problem could have been repaired with just some caulking! Yet Sante fe Ford was going to charge me 680.00! Stay the h*ll away from this dealership unless you want major head aches.
