Santa Lucia Security S.A. ripoff Madrid Spain
I received by mail a letter from El-Gordo Lotterias Company S.A. that I had won the national lottery in the amount of $615,810.00 US dollars.
Another form was sent with the letter from Santa Lucia Security Com. S.A.naming their company and Don Carlos Pacheco as the claims agent. The form also required all of my banking information. I called and they said they needed a $2000.00 payment to start the process. This is where I knew this was a scam.
In addition, on the bottom of the form, a company named Global Fortune Security S.A. was mentioned to act on my behalf in the processing and that I should pay them 10% of my winnings. Strange, huh?
