They are denying we called for a pay off amount on March 30 2015 . They waited 5 month and sent us a new bill for $327.07 and while they keep looking into it, they continue to deny any calls made in March and the first call in September 2 . There bill now to us states past due of $370.41 and say they are unable to FAX us a mother pay off quote, as I have spoke to 2 supervisor, the accounting department has looked in to it and said sorry we have no record of the March pay off quote and u know owe is more. We got a $24 ,thousand Doller loan on a 26% interest rate and paid every month early and above the payment on the bill of $588 We paid for 18 months $700 no missed payments and after 1 year and 6 month, March 1 we paid $700 March 30 called in for a pay of witch was quoted at $21,717.21 ,paid In 18 months we have paid the a total of $34,371.21 Witch on our contract it said we would pay about $60 thousand in 6 years. But yet we have already paid more then half that in 18 months. They have disregard our completes .they tell us to give them 72 hours each time we keep having to call in to get answers and keep coming back with sorry no record of the pay off call .u still owe us more now that it's past the date and new quote we gave u August 25 2015 .it took them from September 2 to September 15 2015 to call back and tell us accounting said it all up to date and u know owe us $370.41 now witch will go up September 29 2015 if not paid by then and we can't sent u no record proff of this quote. From the last supervisor kesha September 15 2015 claimed there was no way to FAX anything as well.also put $2000 down to this company.

You are going to get into really big trouble if you keep dealing with witches.  You don't want to mess with them.  If you want a "mother payoff", why not ask your mother directly?  I'm sure if your mother does the pay off, she won't disregard the completes.  In the long run, I sure do hope you get your proff.  If he's not at one college, look at another.
