Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This has got to be the worst run company in the entire universe.  Their customer service is the total worst, and their personnel are untrained, ignorant, unprofessional and egotistical.  Why has there not been a recent class action suit against this so called "business"?  I have made 43, yes 43 payments on my loan.  I lack only a little over a year having it paid off.  My husband was laid off work in July.  I received a substantial pay cut in August.  Therefore, I got behind.  They have refused to work with me.  Oh, I take that back, this past Monday they said I was eligible for a deferral.  Today when I called to confirm the result of the deferral, I was told "there was nothing about a deferral on my account".  So I have no doubt, I will not be granted the deferral.  I will probably lose the vehicle to repossession, after 43 payments made.

I have to chuckle every time that I read posts such a "Jim's". Obviously Jim has nothing better to do with his time than to read through ripoffreport reports and bash good people who are suffering during these hard economic times.

Jim is either a collector of this slimey financial institute (Or, a collector of another slimey financial institute) or, he just has nothing better to do with his life because he's lonely and miserable. With a personality such as he's shown above, that is easily believable.

Either way, you're pretty much just a loser Jim. GET A LIFE JIMBO!  :)

You paid 43 payments and you still have more than 12 left, according to your posting.  Because you already paid 43, does that resolve you of paying the rest?  Your contract requires you to make each and every payment on time, every time, without regard to external influences.  Because they want those payments, a class action is warranted???

You mentioned two other things.  You said your husband has been layed off SINCE JULY.  What is he doing to GET ON A PAYROLL?

You said your income was cut.  What are you doing to supplement your current income?  How about somebody there getting a part time job weekends or weekdays?  How about your husband getting on a payroll EVEN IF it means some type of job he doesn't like?  The goal is to GET ON A PAYROLL.

Please...don't tell any of us, there are no jobs!
