Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I have had a 2013 dodge journey since 2013 i still owe 22.000 dollars i missed a payment for 2 months and then i was told that i had a write off on my credit. i was told that if i pay the account to be current they would remove the write off form my credit so i paid santander 1700.00 dollas when i called back to see if the write off was taken off they informed me that they would not be taking the write off off of my credit. then i advised them of the date of the phone call they told me that the call did not say that and they could not find the phone call that i was talking about. i have paid santander well over 20.000 dollars and i still owe 20.000 dollars they attempted to waive the late fees for the misundertanding about the write off i was in a hardship and asked if there was any way i could work out some sort of deal so i could get caught up and they said no so i unless i pPaid 2000.00 dollars i would always be behind 2 months and the car would be in repo status after 30 days late which i understood long story short i was in walmart came out and my car was gone which i dont care about however santander is the worst company that i have ever dealt with in my life also they steal from the people who have bad or no credit and leave them high and dry DON'T EVER TAKE OUT A LEASE  FROM SANTANDER USA.

As expected, you still have no rebuttal for any of Robert's points, do you? We've seen it before, after the nail has been soundly hit, the original poster comes up with more embellishment of their supposed condition and how they never needed a deadbeat subprime lender in the first place, own most of Beverly Hills, have a credit score of 1, 999,999,999, and spend weekends in the Riviera because they have so, so much money. You aren't the first to do this and won't be the last.

I feel bad for you since I care to entertain you let me give it to you FYI since you must be in my business I learned a very valuable lesson which is the reason why both of my new vehicles are paid for in full. I was attempting to get my credit built because I never had any and did not understand fully what I got myself into. Any who please don't feel bad for me my credit score is a 750 which that is not your business either however I decided to share that with you I currently am a home owner and very happy with my life. I am no longer bitter towards Santander they only did there job however I feel very sorry for you because you have no life to be on rip off report "educating" us dummies on how we suck by trying to do the right thing.there is no need for you to reply because your a non factor seriously.

Right. You have all this money. Not only that, you are just so, so generous that you willingly pay the high interest rather than pay cash with all that money you have! Just as I expected, you have no rebuttal. Forget about what I said, you wont even address ANYTHING Robert wrote because you have no rebuttal. I really and honestly feel bad for you.

The Complaints Are From Acknowledged Deadbeats...Just Like You

Isn't it interesting and so very typical of how the sorry deadbeats respond? You had the opportunity to provide a rebuttal for EVERYTHING Robert said. You could have written line after line to show how you thought he was dead wrong. Did you? Absolutely not, because YOU CAN'T! Your response is nothing more than a sorry, childish diatribe about this gentlemen and absolutely nothing about what he said. So I challenge you.. tell us how he is wrong! Go over what he said point-by-point and tell us all why he is so far out in left field. I dare you! You won't because he has hit the nail directly on the head, didn't he? You sorry, stinking subprime serial deadbeats are a blight on society and make decent people want to throw up!

You have no idea what Santander did or didn't do they it doesn't matter if I was late or not they did not honor what they said they were going to do which makes them liars so you can go to hell right with them thanks I don't need a reply from you because your a non factor and further more if one company has so many negative comments then they are crooks and liars.

I am surprised you didn't ask for some cheese.  As YOU fail to make your payments and just like many deadbeats try to shift the blame to the "evil" company for daring to reposes your car. You do it by of course trying to come up with some invalid misdirection as to how you are all of the sudden the "victim" in all of this.

They are a Sub-Prime lender dealing with people who have not proven they can handle credit. Oh and before you go down the "Well it isn't my fault" or the 1001 other excuses..NONE of those matter in how you got bad credit. But most people see right through you.

You stated you paid them $1,700 but then just a few sentences later we find out that you were still trying to make a deal for the remaining $2,000 you were STILL delinquent on in order to become current.

The fact is that the ONLY liar in this entire situation is YOU. YOU made a legal agreement that stated YOU would make a set payment EVERY month(or what ever they payment schedule was) for a specified amount of time. There was nothing in your agreement that said you only had to do it when you could, or that you could skip payments if you had something else come up. YOU FAILED to make the payments and they as what was in writing repossessed the car. So in fact they did exactly what they said they would do.

If you think you are done with them. Wrong again. When they repossessed the car they will sell it at auction and most likely for much less than the balance owed. YOU are still responsible for the loan balance. If you fail to pay the balance they can take additional action such as turning you over to collections or even filing a civil suit against you. Before you say it...yes this is what EVERY other finance company does when the borrower fails to make the payments.
