Do not deal with Sasha Radwan

After a failed attempt at her own business idea, Sasha Radwan has blantently ripped off the designs of the company she used to represent by copying all their styles and colours to start her own Special needs website. This is a warning to anyone who works with her in the future, do not trust this individual. She has breeched the terms of the contract and refuses to return messages and phonecalls about this matter.

It is obvious that she does not care who she betrays or steps on to make money and get ahead.

The Truth

The following points explain the truth of the matter.

1. If you compare the websites it is clear to see that her garments are copies of the ones I designed 3 years earlier. She has no background education or experience in garment design or manufacture. I have worked in the fashion industry my entire life and designed each pattern from scratch.

2. I can prove the claims she makes to disprove her petty accusations. I decided to stop dealing with her as she came back in an agressive nature.

3. I regret allowing her to be a distribution partner which she did as a way to stay in the UK. She approached me and as a 'friend' thought it would be a nice thing for me to help her. Not nice to be taken advantage of this way, but she has taught me some valuable business and life lessons.

4. Copying is the sincerest form of flattery they say!

False Allegations Posted by Julie O'Donovan

#3REBUTTAL Individual responds

Sat, May 28, 2016

The RipOff Report posted contains false statements of fact and allegations against me, Sasha Radwan.  The report was posted anonymously by Julie O'Donovan who alleges she lives in Alabama but is actually a resident of Australia.

I run a successful business selling garments for children with special needs.  The company was the sole distributor for Europe and the Middle East of garments produced in Vietnam for Julie's Australian business.  The garments were sold in good faith and all commissions duly paid.

Wonsie Australia entered into the Distribution Agreement on its own initiative and of its own accord, freely, voluntarily and without pressure or coercion from me or anyone representing me.  The contractual agreement ended between us in November 2014.  The allegations raised took place after the term of the Agreement, with the RipOff Report being posted 14 November 2015.

Julie O'Donovan herself knowingly breached the contract before its termination, by not disclosing requisite information concerning manufacturer's invoices, by selling to customers within my territory without my knowledge, and by preventing me supplying garments to a charity, which was part of our contractual terms.  I have not pursued these matters, and instead chose not to renew the contract.

Our lawyers have been in contact with Julie O'Donovan requesting the removal of all defamatory comments from all social media platforms.  We note that prior postings have been removed from Facebook.  This clearly acknowledges that she realises the original postings contained mis-information and false allegations.

SpecialKids.Company is a UK Limited company with a well established and very satisfied international customer base.  If you would like to read testimonials from parents and kids who love our products, do look at our website and Facebook page, or contact me on +44 (0) 20 7183 3460.
