If you were falsifying your own time sheets, it's going to be difficult to prove that the company was stiffing you on overtime pay. All they have to do is produce the timesheets that you filled out. Your best bet would have been to accurately fill out your time sheets (make copies for your records) and let them fire you. At least you would have had some evidence in your favor.
