I was asked to pay 219.95 for free cellphone/tv reciever/credit cards. When I recieved their package all I got were application forms that I have to fill out.

When I sent it back, my letter was returned and labeled as undeliverable. I called up the cellphone store and they said they are not connected with saturn benefits and that saturn benefits just downloaded the forms on the internet.

The application form does not guarantee outright for a free cellphone unless you are qualified for one.

The phone company informed me that they never charge customers any money unless you buy one.I recieved a merchant card instead of credit card.

When I recieved the package,right away I called up Saturn beneits that I want my money back because I was expecting a cellphone unit and tv reciever but all I got were application forms which I have to qualify first.

They said I could not get back my money anymore since the package was complete. I don't understand what complete means to them. I called them up today to inform them that the address they gave me was undeliverable and that I just want my money back but they said I cannot return it anymore since I have lapsed the 15 days allowed for return.
