Saturn of Danvers HANK PIZZO Unsatisfactory Repairs Danvers, Massachusetts
A 2000 Deville with defective rack & pinion. Problem was identified within 60 day warranty. Hank Pizzo refuses to fix the problem, unless I pay half the repair bill. Hank Pizzo's mechanics performed a front-end alignment with zero success. Also Hank Pizzo refuses to perform other repairs that are under warranty.
