Save the American Dream Auto Modification Loan Scam! Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Save the american dream contacted me and told me they could help me in getting a loan modification with my car.
All I needed to do was fallow their step by step program. The cost of this program $350.00.
When I decided not to do it they said if I was denied I would get my money back so I gave them a check over the phone. I did recieve a folder in the mail with step by step instructions which I fallowed and sent off to my loan company. My loan company called me and told me they do no modifications or refinances of anykind never have and never will.
I called save the american dream back they said they wanted a denial letter to recieve my money back. I told them it was on its way. When I got my letter I called them back to see if they recieved theirs and I got no answer but voice mails for 2 days. I made 40 calls and left 10 voicemails in 2 days and got no reply on the 3rd day I got all circuits busy and voice box full. Still to this day I get the same thing.
I have contacted a lawyer to investigate but they cannot find any sign of them yet. I have also contacted the attorney general and filed a report there.
Dont get caught in this scam they make you think you will lower your payment and interest rate but you get nothing but a big waste of time and a loss of money.
