I was referred to this site, and decided to give it a try.   SaveMore.com

On 8/31/11, I received a $10 voucher from them, and found this "deal" from WaterBottle.bz where you got a collapsable water bottle for $5 or 4 for $14.  So I paid an extra $4, and ordered the better deal.   This was on 9/1/11.

On 9/7/11, I sent an email inquiring about the status of my order, and was sent back an email stating it takes 10-14 business days to ship.

On 9/16, I sent another email, inquiring on the status and when I could expect the bottles to ship.  They sent me an email on 9/19, saying it had only been 11 business days and that "they didn't take any money from me" and would ship out the order this week.

On 9/23, I sent yet another email, asking when I could expect my order.  Remember, I paid out money on 8/31, and have yet to receive anything from these companies.     No response at all.

On 9/30, I received an email from WB, with a shipping confirmation code.  No information on how it was shipped, where it was shipping from, nor any tracking information.   I sent WB and SaveMore both an email, stating FTC regulations about shipping (I was not informed it would not be shipped within the time frame they originally gave me, nor was I given a choice about getting a refund.   The event I wanted the bottles for had passed, and I had to purchase different bottles at the store instead.)

Yesterday, I posted on the Facebook page of both companies, inquiring about the status of my order.  After all, if my sister can mail me a package from Colorado via USPS on Saturday, and have it arrive Tuesday in Florida--with the cheapest service USPS offers--then why shouldn't 4 tiny bottles make it in the same time frame?   There were numerous other complaints, ranging from the WaterBottles to Nail Polish to Vases, with people not receiving the items they paid for.

Both companies are now deleting posts off their walls, and are blocking users.   They have quit responding to emails as well.

I am filing a complaint with the FTC, as well as with my Credit Card company today.   Avoid SaveMore and all their partners at all costs.

Savemore & Waterbottle.bz ripoff

I had the same experience with Savemore and Waterbottle.bz. I ordered the water bottles on 9/1/11 using a voucher from Savemore. I have yet to receive the shipment, both companies just give me the run around. I received an email from Waterbottle.bz on the 9/29/11 stating that the bottles had been shipped, but with no tracking numbers of any kind. I contacted them and they replied a few days later stating that the bottles were shipped via USPS. OK, so now it is 10/14/11 and still no bottles. I have contacted both companies too many times to count both by email and on their facebook sites (By the way they both delete my posts ASAP). Well I have had enough of their mistreatment and I am filing with the BBB and FTC as soon as I finish this post.
