In mid December, savemore.com offered a 25 dollar Barnes and Noble gift card for 15 dollars, but if it was your first time buying anything, they also had a 10 dollar bonus credit (so the total was to be five dollars).  I ordered it.  They ended up charging me the 15 dollars, and never used the 10 dollars credit that's on my account.  I contacted them about it, and they told me that I would need to use it on my next purchase.  The gift card never came, no emails telling me anything, nothing.  In early January, I contacted them, and they told me that I would be sent a physical gift card in the mail, and would get it within 10 business days.  It has been 24 business days, and I am yet to receive it.  They are not responding to emails, and I can't get a person to help me on their phone line.

I would highly advise you to avoid them.  The do not seem like they legitimately care about customers, and while some people will get their gift card, from reading their help discussions board and other ripoff reports, it's obvious that they don't honor their promises.  I'm not a person who feels entitled to things, but I do believe that if you make an offer to provide something in exchange for my money, you need to honor your end of the exchange or refund me the money.
