Second instance of poor services from Savemore.com. Subway card took me weeks to receive and my daughter still has not received hers purchased in November! 

Purchased Barnes and Noble card Dec 4. Feb 5 have only promises.  Have emailed [email protected] 4 times and have gotten a reply stating 1-2 weeks or I could request refund (which I know doesn't happen either) and 1-2 weeks have long come and gone.

My next step is to contact TRUSTe which, on savemore.com's website, says "is an independent organization whose mission is to advance privacy and trust in the networked world."  I know this may be intended to refer to privacy issues, but this is a trust issue with me and if you read savemore.com's privacy policy, you can find more and perhaps savemore will respond to the mention of TRUSTe if they won't respond to us personally?
