Complaint Review: Saxom Mortgage Services - Fort Worth Texas

i have my own cleaning service i am the only person working at this. sometimes i do hire people for a day part time. my husband is disabled and on disabilty. we have been in our home since june 1999 till present. i have never miss a payment or been late till jan of 2008, i called saxon mortgage in dec.07 when i seen my buisness was slowing down and i was not making the money i had been i needed time to build back up due to the housing down sides and economy. they told me there was nothing they could do for me because i was not behind on my payments.

in jan 08 i called them again. told them i could not make a payment wanted to work something out. they told me once again they could not help me i was not 3months behind. called each and every month since them we are not 9 months behind and they still can not do anything for us. i have spoke to so many people i am loosing track. each time it is a different story.

on may 30th i spoke to a bob bostic. the only person that gave me a last name. told me to send/fax him a financial statement i did so on june 2nd. this was the 3rd one i sent/fax. never heard from him after that. i called again spoke to two different people one told me to get a second job and tell my disabled husband to fine extra income some how. i am 60 yrs old with my own health problems if i could work two jobs i would. then they told me i would have to send them 10 thousand dollar before they could do anything. this is impossible. then told me i better learn how to save more money. i was outraged. that person name was sandy.

then i called again in july got no where they would not accept even a months payment. or two months. they could not do anything for us. i have received only the 1st set of forecloser papers from the court. they were given to my husband in may or april. hand delivered by the sheriff dept. i called again yesterday. spoke to a reniqua. would not give me her last name. i asked why they were not responing to our statements we sent and hardship letters. she claims the only thing they have is when we had put it up for short sale. which i did then took it off. the realtor had lowered the price so badly. and was running investors in and out of my house with out much notice and i put a stop to it. took it off the market. i wanted to try and keep my home.

i asked why they do not have the other statements i sent they did not know and did not recive them i know better the times are on the fax that they received them. i also asked why they never set up and escrow account when we sent them the paper work to do so. when they bought my loan from new century . again they claim they never got the paper work.

new century never set the escrow acct up either. they took the money we sent them for the escrow acct and applied it to the mortage payment. we really got a royal screwing on both companies. then i also asked for a copy of the apparial that was done when we 1st refinance with new century i asked both for this . i was told no one knew where it was at. i have come to belive when we refinance in sept of 06 with new century they lied about the apparisal in order to loan us more money. we did not take it all and was left to belive we had 80 thousand in equitity left in our home.

i have since found out this is not true and we had been lied to. we are unable to afford a lawyer to handle this for us. we are not getting any answers for saxon. have no way of contacting new century. or the lady that set this whole mess up for us to refinance. we have since been nailed with hooking up to city sewer though the city of cape coral. that caused our taxes to raise. it also cost up thousand dollar to hook up and 17 hundred in impact fees. our homeowners insurance has been canceled due to no escrow acct ever being set up with either saxon and new century. saxon claims they have paid the taxes and will put in on our mortgage.

they are sending us bills for over 39 hundred in fees for homeowners insurance. that was only 27 hundred a year ago. again we could not pay. they have drained us dry with city insurance and they keep adding more cost to our mortgage payments.

i want to fight back but i am getting no where fast. i am waiting for a court date to be sent to me so we can appear before a judge and hope to get answers. at this time fla. lee county is 22 thousand forecloser in their court and can not keep up with them. so we are watching the court site to see when we may come up. just in case they do not notifiy us like they did with my neighbor. she never knew what hit her.

i would like this to be investigated and something done to stop saxon and new century from taking our homes and never ever trying to work it out with us. i was told they carry insurance on the property and they will not loose anything if they take it back they are well protected while we the home owner get nothing and become homeless. at my age i can not handle that with a disabled husband who has high medical bills and medication cost. i also have my daughter and ganddaugther living with us. she has not been able to fine a job in a year now. so we are supporting her and her 5 year old child. any help we can get we would be deeply thank full for.
