SBO-ONLINE.org tacked on charges Internet
This company, SBO, added charges to our phone bill in the amount of 15.25. They say we received an e-mail confirming that my husband signed up for their services.
To our knowledge,this is not the case.Neither of us recieved the mail , nor signed up for their services.
When my husband contacted them, they said they could not credit us for this charge.
When i subsequently called them; they said it would be refunded within 48 hours. At this time i don't know if that will happen. The fact that the phone company allows anyone to tack fees on my bill is a whole different story that displeases me.
We now have a block on our bill so this will not happen again.
