Lin Miao and Andrew Bachman were recently indicted by the FTC and charged with Mobile Cellular Telephone 'Cramming' (a process where fraudulent charges are made to unsuspecting consumers' cellphones). As part of its case in U.S. District Court in central California, the FTC was granted a temporary restraining order against the defendants and all of their assets were frozen.

Make no mistake, these individuals are nothing less than organized criminals, whose latest criminal enterprise, Scambook.com posts fraudulent 'complaints' about companies and individuals on Scambook.com and then extorts money from the victims of these fraudulent 'complaints' in order to have the 'complaints' removed from Scambook.com
