Cavenger's insurance was optional when I purchased the car. Made my first payment when Scavenger Auto's turned off my car for not making the payment. The muffler fell off a few days after the payment was made. Cavenger sent a tow truck to the address I was at and had it picked up for repairs. According to Debra, the car would be returned when the car was fixed. Called the next day to get status of my car and I was told that I was not getting my car back. The manager over Genesis Financial, Rod Jefferson, told me that my car wasn't going to be returned because he and the owner of Scavenger thought it would be in their best interest to not return the car to me.

Mr. Jefferson said that their contract with me was null and void and no longer existed. No money was to be refunded to me. He hung up on me. Called back to get Rod Jefferson's name, and the last names of the two women that worked under Mr. Jefferson ( First names of the women are Debra and Christina). Debra answered the phone screaming asking me why I wanted their last names. Her last words were "Your car has been repossessed." The company did not honor their contract. My car note was paid in full on July 1st, 2016. I still had a 10 day grace period even if I wasn't paid on the first. The had my car towed under false pretense knowing that they were not going to return the car.

Even in Georgia auto insurance is not optional

It is clear from your post you have no idea about vehicles and vehicle loans.

Look up the Georgia state statutes regarding auto insurance.  If you own a vehicle you must have auto insurance - it is NOT optional.  The fact that you would claim insurance is optional shows how much you need to learn. It is a violation of your terms and conditions to not have your vehicle insured in any vehicle finance contract I have seen.

Uninsured drivers are a danger to us all.

No, I don't work for that company that repossessed your vehicle. I am a consumer that reads the contract before signing it - something you should try.
