This product is the ABSOLUTE WORST thing i've ever purchased. I purchased 6 of these in the good faith that these things were worth more than the postage I paid to get them here and would provide a peace of mind against water damage.
I set these up in the different areas under faucets in my home in kitchen, bathrooms, garage area and felt a feeling of safety from that point forward.
To much dismay this false sense of security I had given myself turned into an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE when I realized these things DO NOT WORK.
Two of the rooms I had installed these in did their job since there was no leak at all with them. The other room (which I frequent often) had these scent alert ripoff devices installed under the sink. This thing sure did fill right up with water..... NEVER made any scent whatsoever and NO ALERTS WERE MADE whatsoever to my family and I that now have expensive damage bills to pay off because of my stupidity to trust this company's product Scent Alert which should be banned from the marketplace.
I have tried getting in contact with Scent Alerts 888-723-6809 to receive absolutely no assistance and no help in getting even an explanation of why this product failed. I think this company should have to incur some of my water damage or at the very least refund me for this product!!
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
