Scenting.com Scam company Temecula California
They take your money and don't ship you a product.
I ordered essential oil from them in mid-September. I never recieved. I spoke to a representative from Scenting.com that said my order had shipped but was stuck somewhere in the process - he also told me this happens a lot. I had several emails from USPS that said a printing lable was printed, but the package not shipped.
The representative said he'd call USPS and call me back within an hour. He never called back. I called the company several more times but no one answers even though it's within their call center hours. I left messages, I never heard back. I finally filed a dispute credit charge w/ my credit card company so hopefully I can get that charge reversed.
Bottom line is they're a sketchy company. At best they're disorganized and lack any customer service and communication skills....at worst they are a fradulent company taking money and not sending product. Either way I don't reccommend shopping there.
