I purchased ice cream,pizzas -shrimp and other products from schwans,I had been doing this for months,nothing different.The driver would put the product in the freezer in the garage and I would pay him.This time was different,he put the product in the freezer-which wasnt cold and the product was ruined.Schwans was to replace the product but never showed up to do so,after months of being lied to by the company I filed complaints with the attorney general and better busisness bureau.They have offered to give me reimbursement of 134.36-wholsale for the product-I paid retail!!!



These people are liars and thieves!!!I have 6 children and cant afford to be ripped off.The took my money and ran.They lied to the attorney general that I stopped payment on the check-if I had done that how did they cash it????



They are liars and thieves-dont deal with schwans!!!!!

 have been using Schwans for years they are awesome their products are great there's something not right with this complaint. One if you your self state that them putting the products in the freezer in the garage was a normal routine. If the freezer wasn't working why did you not notify them ahead of time. And where were you when the delivery was made seriously you should have been at home waiting on the delivery so that it wouldn't have been placed in a freezer that wasn't working. There's something wrong with your story I have never known Schwans to just drop off the product without payment. And it states that they would put the food in the freezer and I would pay them which met you wouldv'e had to been there so how is this Schwans fault you knew your freezer wasn't working and you expect us to believe it was Schwans problem. It sounds to me like you were trying to get something for nothing. No I will continue to purchase from Schwans cause I have never had a problem with them . The only liar and thief here is you

Sorry, but you do not get to tell me who I deal with.

We have been buying from Schwan for years and we love their products and have nothing but praise for the drivers we have dealt with.  They are certainly not cheap and if I were living from hand to mouth I would not use them.  We can afford them and the quality and convenience is worth it to us.  We love it.

They are not liars or thieves, that's absurd!

I agree that there is another whole side to this story that we are not reading here.

"I have 6 children and cant afford to be ripped off". Yet you're buying "ice cream, pizzas-shrimp" from an overpriced delivery service like schwans. What I find strange is that "for months" the driver would put the product in the freezer, in the garage and you would pay him. What happened THIS time? Were you not home? Did you know about the freezer not working? Did you pay him when he dropped the food off?  Did the freezer "go out" after he dropped the food off? Why wasn't the freezer cold? Too many unanswered questions.
