Scot Bosco - Bosco Remodeling Delivered poor quality of work, promised refund, never responded to email or calls Fort Collins Colorado
Bosco delivered terrible quality of work, wasn't on location for final inspection of the product he was delivering and didn't provide all of material he was responsible for.
We contracted him to build portable wall units to display art. He was given a specification for materials and drawings but couldn't follow the instructions. His delivered product was not to spec in terms of materials and design. It was painted shoddy, didn't fit and had to be taken apart in some cases. He used cheap and quick materials not considering the end product or quality.
After his initial quote, he changed it by $500 for "material costs" but the materials he used were cheaper and he didn't provide all of the materials he was charging for.
After he verbally agreed to refund some money, an undetermined sum, he never responded to email, phone calls or mail.
We are suing him in Boulder County Civil court, The file is public record if you want to look at it. After he was served process he called me and made it clear he had no intent to pay anything back.
