Pruitt's Plumbing LLC (Owner - Scott Alan Pruitt) were scheduled to go to our property on 11/13/12.

They gave our tenant a 5 hour window of 12pm-5pm, and still didn't arrive until 545pm. The tech replaced the element in the hot water heater and it appeared to be working correctly.

This morning, 11/14/12, the water was cold again. The tenant advised me of this and I contacted Pruitts. The tech, Ernie, called me back and basically told me that they could not send anyone out tonight to see why they didn't get it right to begin with. He said this was "not an emergency". (Of course the temperature outside tonight and in the 40's, but this is not an emergency??) He said that if they came our tonight, they would have to charge us to diagnose what their tech did wrong and try to fix the water correctly. This of course, I was not going to do .. why would I pay them to fix their own problem they should have got right to begin with.

I tried to locate the owner's phone number and of course there is not one listed I could find.

At this point I am waiting for them to come out in the morning and fix the problem. This conduct is an absolute joke, and a total Rip Off. They don't do the job correctly to begin with, then try to charge you again for coming out to diagnose their own incompetence. Obviously, someone having to take a shower in 40 degree water is not considered an an emergency so I think folks will draw their own conclusion as to how much they actually care (or in this case, not care). I will be filing a complaint with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors tomorrow as well. I have also filed a complaint with the warranty company who sent them as well.

 If there is any possible way to give me negative stars, I so would. I have been dealing with this company through my home warranty company and the customer service here is atrocious. The girl who worked the front office Sunny, Is unbelievably rude and her lack of professionalism is astounding. I am not sure if she just doesn't work well with other people or if she just has no common sense at what her job skills should be. She has absolutely no Tect Morris Box when talking to customers and is unable to provide adequate information relating to a customer's recorder. When asked for relevant information pertaining to supervisors and owners she refused .

In addition to all that, it took nearly a month for them to replace a part on my instant hot water heater, after being told that it was going to be replaced. Our initial tech came out immediately, then two days later when somebody was supposed to come out to replace it we received another individual to come out to inspect the 1st person's work, Over week passed and I hadn't heard anything so I called to complain with my home warranty company and was told that it was still going to be in it because the part with Stalin order and the parts guy had been out sick. I got called back the next day and was told that a technician would be out that Thursday to complete the repair, and then I didn't hear anything again until Monday when I called my homework to company again to complain.

This company is severely incompetent, lacks professionalism, and has absolutely no regard for their customers . I was Given conflicting information by both the technicians, information that they gave my own home warranty company was different from what they told me, and as half of which when I asked for a 3rd person to come out maybe get some consistency with what I had been told the girl in the office Sunny told me that the 2nd person that came out was the supervisor and they wouldn't be sending out anyone else because he was the super by their. And so I asked what she was suggesting and she stated that if the supervisor comes out nobody else needs to go. I am very just heartened by the way they talk to and treat their customers and the quality of service that they provide. We are still not having the best luck with the hot water and our water pressure has significantly dropped since they have been out here. I will be contacting my homework to company to see if we can't get this fixed by some true professionals.
