Scott J Forster Attorney The Lawyer who don't care Calhoun Georgia
This lawyer was appointed by the courts to handle my nephew's case. After doing so and losing the case my nephew -"Steven Yarbrough " was given 30 years to serve 20 years without parole, after doing 20 years in a prison on a drug charge he is ordered to pay a $350,000.00 Three hundred & fifty thousand dollas fine The courts then again appointed the same lawyer to handle the appeal, but even though this lawyer will be paid by the tax people - he still said - "$7000.00" should help get the "without Parole" part thrown out.
My brother gave him $2000.00 to start the appeal, being a preacher my brother did not get a reciept
from the lawyer. The Lawyer has not contacted us in a year nor filed a appeal which had to of been done within 30 days.
A kid will be locked up for 20 years with no chance of getting out 1 day sooner. Every body I spoke to had not one good thing to say about "Scott Forster" These are real people who has no future because of this ripoff jerk.
