I have recently found some new information on these scam artists, Stan and his son...Mr no name...Anyway, they are out of business and hopefully they had their liscense revoked by BBB or the Attorney General due to all of these complaints filed here on RipOff or with these agencies. Thank goodness, and hopefully they are not somewhere else ripping other people off because they think they can get away with it. Thanks to all of you that were brave enough to enter complaints against this horrible father son dealership that was in the business of ripping people off and stealing money from them while selling JUNK cars and trucks!!!

If you had the car financed through a bank or finace company, you might want to report to them you did not pay the full down payment. If you did not pay the full amount, there is a breach of contract and you might have the loan forgiven. Asi for the car, it is more that likely an "as is" purchase.
