High pressure sales on Travel club membership with big discount prices. They lure you in with a free vacation insentive but when you go to book it, it never can be booked because they always say those dates are in black out times even if the chart they give you says they are open dates. So you get no free trip at all.
Second thing is you can never log into the website for member because it does not like any name or password and won't let you even create the login. Called to get it resolved, never got any reply. We canceled the membership after a year as it is listed in the contract and never got the copy of the canceled contract yet they cashed the final payment check.
Tried to contact them, never was able to talk to anyone after that. Now 11 years later we get a bill for past due payments on dues for which I don't owe. We had no contact over the years at all by phone, mail or email. There had never been any attempt by any credit agency to collect or any remarks on my credit report.
They are using an "agressive polished pitbull tactical format" to scare you into paying. I have done my homework this time and will not give in to them. I sent them a "Cease and Desist letter" They are a shell company as my state Attorney General made them halt business, so they just moved to another state. Save your money, do not get scamed out of it because you will never be able to recover it.
