Hi there, My name is John Hudson. I joined this company just a couple of months ago and became general support manager. The company is growing very fast and we work hard on improving customer service everyday. So I think it's better to reply to this report to make all things clear. From what I found our company provided complete refund for order 208271585 for Steven Valencia on June 19, 2008. We refunded it the same day report appeared here. We also found that some emails from Steve were blocked by gmail spam filter for unknown reason. This is the only explanation of why we didn't reply to some emails on time. We sincerely apologize for this. As said in report by Steve our initial help was much appreciated and we communicated in very friendly manner and on time. All in all refund was given almost immediately and we regret some of client emails were simply lost in spam filter folder. Thank you for your time, John Hudson - Support Manager
