I found the product Search Site Pro online. The site reported 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I purchased the product line Search Site Pro Gold for a single site license.

Pre purchase the Individual CEO Alex Krakovsky was very responsive to many questions. After the purchase..."poof".

I sent at least six seperate emails asking about information on how to utilize the product. A users manual of a sort. Not once did he andwer the question.

The purchase has been over one month ago and it still does not work. It is weird...the responses that I recieve are rather almost robotic. Usually asking if I want the software installed again.

He installed the software and sent me an email stating software is now installed and functional. I sent him a reply thanking him...

Then again I asked for user manual or directions on how to use the software...the reply was... Do you want us to install software?

I contacted Shedix for a refund... they have not responded. There ad stated response in 12 hours...that is a lie and misrepresentation.

Hi there, My name is John Hudson. I joined this company just a couple of months ago and became general support manager. The company is growing very fast and we work hard on improving customer service everyday. So I think it's better to reply to this report to make all things clear. From what I found our company provided complete refund for order 208271585 for Steven Valencia on June 19, 2008. We refunded it the same day report appeared here. We also found that some emails from Steve were blocked by gmail spam filter for unknown reason. This is the only explanation of why we didn't reply to some emails on time. We sincerely apologize for this. As said in report by Steve our initial help was much appreciated and we communicated in very friendly manner and on time. All in all refund was given almost immediately and we regret some of client emails were simply lost in spam filter folder. Thank you for your time, John Hudson - Support Manager
