On March 27, I took my lawn mower into the Sears store to have it fixed.  I was told it would be back on Wednesday April 4th.  On Monday, April 2nd I was called and told that a tech had not gotten to our mower as of yet and that it arrived at their shop, and that it would be two to three weeks before we get it back which is not what I was told when I took it in.  Had I been told that it would be that long I would have taken it elsewhere.  I paid a diagnostic fee which I am told will not be refunded

when I spoke with someone on Friday, April 6th I was told I could get my money back but according to Allen who spoke with my husband today we would not get that back.  This store isn't honest and I am not sure if it is Sears or just the local franchise that is the problem.  All I know is I am out my $35 and still have to take my mower somewhere else to be fixed.  What a RIPOFF.  I told the caller on April 2nd to send my mower back because I was told it would be back on the 4th repaired and that isn't the case.  If they didn't look at it then how can they claim the $35 for diagnostics they didn't do.
