Purchased a $650 tv had it 5 days but the picture is terrible. Called Sears to return and was told there would be  $90 restocking fee. Not at any time was there mention of this before sale.How many consumers read the back of receipt after purchase??

What was "terrible" about the picture? Was it "terrible" on the first day or did it get worse?

Was it different than the one on display in the store?

Sounds like you may have bought this set with your eyes "Wide Shut.

"How many consumers read the back of receipt after purchase??"

I would guess there's at least one that DOESN'T.
