Sears SEARS works employee for slave wages NOT A PENNY PAID Tucson Arizona
I started a new job at the first of the year working for Sears at 4755 S Butterfield Dr Tucson Arizona 85714 520-512-1500 My frist pay day wiht the company was on 01/17/2014.It"s now 01/24/2014 and Sears still had not paid me my frist check.HR keeps telling me there is notthing they can do, that I have to call Sears ASC department at 1-888-887-3277.Sears ASC department is located in Idnia.When I asked the ASC worker for an American # so I could speak to someone here about my unpaid wages I was told there is no American #,that was when I learned the great American company SEARS had out sourced my pay check and other information to worker in Idnia.
I"m not a rich person I live pay check to pay check like most Americans.Clearly it is not matter to Sears if I can keep a roof over my head,pay my bills, or eat as long as Sears has it"s cheap LABOR FORCE IN IDNIA.I only want what I have worked for. I have another pay date comming up on 01/31/2014 for more time I worked after not being paid on 01/17/2014,but I don"t know if I"ll see that money.Sears has placed worker in Idnia in charge of it"s employee pay,w-2 an other information and does notthing when thing go wrong.If this is Sears idea of what a great American company is it"s my opinion Sears should just move to IDNIA. I for one won"t miss them.If you read this an can help with advice please do.

It is now 01/27/2014 just got off the telephone with Sears ASC office in India an HR in Tucson asking why I have not recevied my pay check that was due on 01/17/2014. Each HR department told me it was the other who needed to take care on it.A women named Nancy in HR in Tucson said she would call me back with information "not holding my breath on that one" I told both HR"s that they were both Sears an needed to talk to each an stop putting me in the middle.The great American company Sears doesn"t even talk to each other, what can customer"s expect? I"m worried I have rent an more bills comming due an no sign of the great American company SEARS paying me what they owe me.I"m about out of food. I"m looking for another job an may have found one don"t know yet, but even if I get it pay day won"t come in time for me to meet my rent, or bills, an I don"t know what I"ll do about food.I"m in my 50"s an I"m my sole surpporter I don"t have anyone else.Please Sears just pay me what you owe me.I also asked the person Nancy in Tucson HR department if I was get my final pay of 9 days I was owed on time which is due on 01/31/2014 she said she didn"t know.I have filed a complaint wit the State Labor Board, but I don"t know how long that will take. I don"t know what else to do.

There is nothing I did not say. I said everything I"ve been told to this point. I have contacted the U. S.Labor Board an now I"am contacting the State Labor Board.I also don"t work there any more. I tried to work it out with them,but when it became clear that HR as well as Sears ASC didn't care I quit at the end of my day on 01/23/2014. any advice I can use? I need my money.

If they have not paid you and are paying you only "slave" wages then you need to report them to your local Labor Department as that is illegal.
Of course one also has to wonder if you are only working for slave wages, a company hasn't paid you, why are you still working for them? Perhaps there is more than you are not saying. Such as the reason they are giving you that you haven't gotten your pay yet.
