My husband & I have purchased furniture (Bedroom Set & Kitchen Table) from Seaside Furniture in the past. Each time we have been there the service was amazing! Obviously, since our experience at Seaside Furniture was so great we went back to purchase a living room set. Little did we know that Seaside Furniture was sold to new owners.

 First off, when we walked in the place was empty, so you would of thought we would get some individual attention, however, it took 20 mins before the sales person got off the cell phone and acknowledged us. Once we were greeted, they showed us a few reclining couches which we fell in love with one of them... Yet as we were talking about the size and deciding if it would fit in the house, a lady came in looking for furniture and our sales rep vanished...  Once we found them we said we wanted this couch and they told us that we shouldnt buy that one cause its not that well made and they try not to stay away from selling it..(i belive it was manufactured by BEST) anyways, we looked around and decided on another couch, (not reclining), and completed the order and paid. That was three months ago.... I have spoken with someone from Seaside numerous occasions to see when we were getting our couch but I kept getting vague answers. Finally last week, we recieved our couch but it had two slight cuts (snags) in the fabric in the back of the couch. Now Seaside Furniture refuses to do anything about it....
