Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I have been a distributor with the company for almost a year and have not been able to collect my commission check. They issued a check for $25 when in fact it should have been $100.

I have called the company over 20 times and can't get anyone to resolve the problem. They tell me corporate is handling the problem and that started in September of 2003....well it is February 2004 and I STILL haven't been paid.

Seasilver also bounced a commission check back last year and it took MONTHS to get that money collected.

I would suggest to anyone looking to get involved with Seasilver to think twice, since you have no means of getting issues resolved. Their customer service is horrible & the company is making MILLIONS of dollars.

I totally understand... The company was shut down for FTC regulations back in July of 2003

#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

Sun, April 18, 2004

I used to work for SeaSilver. Its a joke. The company is so secrective and also very un-trusting. The company was shut down for FTC regulations back in July of 2003 I believe. I was there when it was shut down and also returned when it re-opened. The owner CEO of the company comes across as a nice person, however, him and his son (President) are just concerned about themselves. I left the company cause I feel they are just ripping people off and can not give them straight answers. For one, they promote and demote people like its nothing. You could be promoted there for 5 weeks and then all of a sudden your pay gets cut back down and you get demoted, well the demotion isn't something that you did, its the fact that they try to cut so many corners to save themselves money and make their employees unhappy. I heard recently people were making a good amount of money an hour and they cut their pay by $4.00/hour with out any notice. Come on, why should anyone be involved with this company? THEY SHOULDN'T. The VP left right after SeaSilver was opened back up. Nobody knew why, but I can tell you. He saw all this coming and didn't want to have anything to do with it. He was an honest man and couldn't be involved in messing with peoples lives financially and emotionally. Well all I have to say is, do not get involved with this company. You will get no where very quickly. They have empty promises. I have heard so many things they are going to do, but yet they never get done. I will be able to rest well when they finally are shut down for good. Knowing that nobody elses lives will be effected as mine and many of my friends were. To you Bela and Jason, what comes around goes around. If there was a number I could reach you at, I would call you and tell you what I really think about your company and yourselves as human beings. Maybe if you read this you will open your eyes and see how much people believed in both of you and how you went behind their backs and treated them so un-fairly. With the bonus plan you had for employees. I should have seen something like this coming when your own Daughter Bela left the company. That should have been a red flag to me, she probably knew what was going on. Well, with all that being said, mark my words, nothing positive will come from these lips in reference to you, your son or you company.
