I was a secret shopper for this comapny. This company was good for the first year. Then last month i decided to take time out of my college schedule to make a few extra bucks. I finished one assignment which required a screening for a life insurance company so they came to my place and actually took blood from me. Payment was $15 and then I did naother assignment for Krispy Kreme Donuts and it took me 2 hours to get there and finish the job because it was all the way across town. i was busy with class that day and was not able to submit it until the next day. they have a dashboard with the assignments and when i went to submit it it was gone they yanked it from me ! It pissedme off to say the least and I decided not to work for this company anymore! Now the y refuse to pay me i contacted Chad Losey via email and he says hes out of town and will see whathe can do when he gets back! I was suppoesed to get paid on November 1st! This comapany thinks they can just stiff me for the $25 Im owed? I contacted the Dept of labor in michigan but havent heard back from trhem! This company is a ripoff and they pay people next to nothing to run all over the city to pay you a meesly 5-10 bucks! Be warned this comapny will rip you off eventually! Its sad because Im a broke low income student that is struggling to get a degree and this happens! Its sad if they riped me off they will rip you off also!

Mario,

We wish to clarify your incorrect and baseless statements:

The two assignmetns you completed in September have been paid in full via PayPal, and in accordance with the payment cycle you acknowledged when accepting the two jobs, in which you would be paid on October 15.

Please log in to PayPal and you will see a payment of $32.00 deposited into your account on October 15, 2018:  $15 for the insurance assignment and $17 for the assignment you accuse us of not paying.

This reflects our standard payment cycle of paying on the 15th of each month for all work completed the previous month.

Prior to September, you have completed four other assignments, for which you have been paid in full and on time.

As an independent contractor mystery shopper, you have full control over whether or not to accept assignments as they are offered to you.

Should you feel compensation is less than what you expect, simply do not request an assignment.  It is up to you.

Many shoppers enjoy earning additional income through mystery shopping, as the jobs are flexible and can easily fit into daily schedules.

We have been in business for 30 years and are proud of our A+ rating by the Better Business Bureau.  We are a trustworthy company and take exception to your unfounded statements.

Thank you,

Second To None
