Secure Home Warranty Website still there but they are out of business. Took my money but won't answer the phone for a repair. Philadelphia Pennsylvania

They simply took $630 of my money to offer home appliance repair insurance for 15 months. But they closed their doors. They are out of business and cannot offer anytiing. Why is their website still there? Won't answer the phone other than a recording. I am out my money with no recourse.
