Securemart.com ripoff SELLING DEFECTIVE PRINTERS Yorba Linda California
I purchased a Lexmark multifunction printer 11/12/04,{order info. attached} when I received it the printer had two cartriges and I installed them properly.
What I got was faded print that you couldn't read, I went out and purchased new ones and the same problem, its clear that there is a problem with the print heads.
I TRIED TO CONTACT THE COMPANY BY PHONE AND E-MAIL ..WITH NO REPLY
I really want this model printer. BUT ONE THAT WORKS
