Securitas The worst job i ever had Riveredge New Jersey
Well I don't know where to begin I'm a supervisor at the Avalon for Securitas. I been in the company almost two years. I have worked at couples of site such as Novartis, Morris Corp, NJM.
First of all, I work as a security at the gate. I have no breaks at all I'm the only officer at site I have no heat in the winter and in the summer I have no a/c. The company does not give you anything you have to pay for insurance which takes up half your check. There pay is low you can't support a family with this pay. You can be in the company for years and you never see a raise.
I'm a college student so I thought this would be a good job but that's not true. I been force to work overtime when I did not want too and I had school. When you call the office to talk to the branch manager which is Sandro Lazaro all you get is he call you back which he never does. You are never able to get in touch with him. Then you talk to HR which you would think is an educated person who will help you. No think again Instead you get is a rude street girl that talks with such rudeness that's make you think what kind of company you work for. And what kind of uneducated people they hire.
Who does not even help you with your problems and does not care. I been with this company and I ask myself why. If you are looking for a job please do your self favor and go look some where else. No person should get abuse like this, you don't need this in your life.
