the cycle occurred three to four times.mrs.clark declined to purchase the stem,sullivan refused to leave.he aggressvely pressure her into purchasing the system.mrs clark,under duress,because he would not leave her home agreed to buy the alarm system just so he would leave.mrs clark was not told by him she had a five year contract.it is unacceptable for anyone to place senior citizen under duress.
