INSTANTCHECKMATE OFFERED A 0.99 CENT 5 DAY TRIAL FOR UNLIMITED BACKGROUND CHECKS. I CALLED TO CANCEL BEFORE THE 5 DAY EXPIRATION DATE, AND THEY TOLD ME MY CARD WOULD ONLY BE CHARGED THE 0.99 CENTS. THEY CHARGED THE 0.99 CENTS, PLUS $18.99.
