Select Coupons I received the worksheets, but I have sent two request for a refund of $39.97 and have received no response. ottawa, Ontario
I signed up for Select Coupons after becoming disabled. According to the information they send there is no mention of you having to collect your own coupons or mention of you having to find the people to sell them to. There brochure states you only have to complete their worksheets. It states you don't need money to make the program work, but you do bc you have to do your own advertising to get clients. It also says you don't have to seel anything to anyone, but you are selling coupons. I sent $39.97 Feb 25, 2011 and received the instruction booklet 4/3/2011. I mailed the instruction booklet back 4/4/2011 with a "request for a refund due to there was no mention of soliciting business. I am disabled and can not go out to pass out flyers. This does not seem legite. Please refund my $39.97." I mailed a second request of the same letter which is written on their original order form on 5/23/11. I have still received nothing from the company and can not find a phone number for them online. What can I do to get this money refunded to me?
