Select Portfolio Servicing - SPS SPS SPS refuses to modify my loan Salt Lake City, Utah
In Sept. of 2009, I signed Forbearance agreement with SPS and started paying lower modified payment. They have asked me for documents over and over. Finally they said they cannot modify my loand and they need to see more income. They said they made a mistake in calculating the monthly payment at the beginning.
I did show more income. They just turned me down again despite of that. My house is worth less than my loan balance. I am in an interest only loan with them. I think I have all the qualifications for loan modification.
If there are any class action suits I am willing to join.
